So why I am the most qualified person to show you the path?
Because I have been where you are.
As a mom to my severely autistic son,
my life is one of chronic stress.
Early in my mom journey I experienced burnout not once but a few times.
And I not only lost my physical and mental health
but I LOST MY IDENTITY.
Along with my dreams and my aspirations.
I felt helpless, hopeless and was stuck in an endless cycle of
sheer physical and mental exhaustion that
I didn’t know how to get out of on my own.
It was only by accident that I discovered the power
of NON-NEGOTIABLE SELF-CARE.
After embarking on a 12 year transformational journey to recover from burnout
and lead a healthier life, I created a proprietary process called the
H3MJPC Self-Care and Stress Resilience Blueprint
which I now teach to high achieving
working moms from around the world.
This is a collection of the 7 most powerful self-care habits that allowed
me to recover from my multiple burnouts and
that I continue to use on a daily basis
to stay in peak physical and mental state.
And yes, I have learned how to not only survive but THRIVE,
despite the chronic stress that permeates my life.
And I want the same for you.
Even prior Covid, you were already burning the
