So why I am the most qualified person to show you the path?


Because I have been where you are.


As a mom to my severely autistic son,
my life is one of chronic stress.


Early in my mom journey I experienced burnout not once but a few times.


And I not only lost my physical and mental health
but I LOST MY IDENTITY.
Along with my dreams and my aspirations.


I felt helpless, hopeless and was stuck in an endless cycle of
sheer physical and mental exhaustion that
I didn’t know how to get out of on my own.


It was only by accident that I discovered the power
of NON-NEGOTIABLE SELF-CARE.


After embarking on a 12 year transformational journey to recover from burnout
and lead a healthier life, I created a proprietary process called the
H3MJPC Self-Care and Stress Resilience Blueprint
which I now teach to high achieving
working moms from around the world.


This is a collection of the 7 most powerful self-care habits that allowed
me to recover from my multiple burnouts and
that I continue to use on a daily basis
to stay in peak physical and mental state.


And yes, I have learned how to not only survive but THRIVE,
despite the chronic stress that permeates my life.

And I want the same for you.



Even prior Covid, you were already burning the

the massive domestic burden borne by working moms all over the planet.

taking a break to relax and recharge.

Having come out of the other side of burnout to share my message of empowerment,

Unfortunately, most moms these days think that self-care is a luxury
or worse, a waste of time.
Others, are so overwhelmed that they don’t
even know where to start.


Mom ! You need to take time to rejuvenate from the daily grind.
You have to put your oxygen mask first if you want
to give the best of you, rather than what is left of you.

I’m the author of the women’s empowerment memoir Burnout to Unstoppable published on Amazon in February, 2020. It reached #1 New Release in Canada and the US in the categories of Motherhood, Children’s Health and Special Needs Parenting, with an overall 4.9/5 rating.


My second book Beat Motherhood Burnout: 7 Self-Care Habits to Reduce Stress and Be Unstoppable will be published on Mother’s Day 2022.

Third and fourth books are currently in the mind map stage. The third one is tentatively entitled The S.P.A.R.K Self-Actualization Loop: From Surviving to Thriving to Finding Your Purpose.

The fourth one will be a love letter to running – the sport that gave me back my life. Tentatively entitled: Marathons, Mindset and Maslow: How Running Saved My Life.

I Coach.

As an entrepreneur, course creator and founder of the The Unstoppable You Wellness Academy my goal is to create digital products (such as eBooks and journals) as well a digital courses and programs on a variety of wellness topics to help you reclaim your health, your spark and live to your full potential.

The day I discovered the power of self-care and got my life back…


It was October 4th, 2009, the day of my 41st birthday. It was a crisp morning and a beautiful sunny Sunday in Montréal.  

I had just crossed the finish line of my first 5k race !!  I could not believe it ! I HAD DONE IT !!! I hugged my family….and I started to cry uncontrollably. 
 
You see just 7 years prior, I had abandoned my career as an attorney to care full time for my newly diagnosed autistic son Nico.  I became my son’s teacher, therapist, advocate, specialist, early intervention program manager….in all this whirlwind, I LOST MYSELF.

I was overwhelmed, chronically depressed, burned out, living my life on autopilot. I had no identity anymore other than being my son’s full time caregiver. And I had no idea how to get out of this situation on my own volition.
