A personal journey through burnout, recovery, and reinvention has led Claudia to become a trusted voice in midlife resilience and menopause education. After leaving her legal career to care for her autistic son, years of chronic stress eventually led to burnout and a complete rebuilding of her health and identity.
Claudia’s commitment to recovery sparked a new professional path as a burnout recovery coach, author, and international speaker focused on helping midlife women get out of survival mode and rebuild their resilience. When menopause introduced new challenges in her early fifties, she expanded her work by becoming a menopause specialist and developing an approach that addresses both hormonal health and long-term performance.
