   After losing her health, her law career, and her identity to caregiver burnout and PTSD, Claudia is on mission to empower women over 45 to get out of survival mode, so that they can not only feel energized and vibrant but achieve SUSTAINABLE success in all areas of their lives. 

Survival mode was for many…MANY years, Claudia’s modus operandi.
During her remarkable transformational journey, Claudia left no stone unturned in her quest to finding the best strategies, tools and coping mechanisms to reclaim her life after burnout and PTSD. These exact same strategies allowed her to completely reinvent herself after divorce, and after 50.

As the self-proclaimed “Cortisol Queen” – someone who deals with chronic stress on a daily basis as a busy entrepreneur juggling coaching clients, writing books, and speaking on stages with single motherhood and sole caregiving of her severely autistic young adult son Nico – Claudia understands what chronic stress is. And she has learned how to deal with it efficiently. In fact, her stress resilience and burnout prevention frameworks are so powerful that she was recently named “Top Stress Resilience Expert of the Year 2024” by the International Association of Top Professionals.
Claudia’s passion for empowering women over 45, has lead her on a path to becoming  a Certified Menopause Specialist. Because stress is so interlinked with weight gain in menopause, the 2.0 WOMAN brand will be expanding to include weigh management, longevity and lifestyle success for women over 45.

The expectations placed on high achieving women today to excel in every role can leave us feeling exhausted and depleted.

At midlife, we not only have to deal with the demands of climbing the corporate ladder and/or a stressful entrepreneurial journey but we must also assume our multiple roles outside of work. We are the “sandwich generation”, simultaneously caring for our aging parents while also supporting our own children, and the overwhelm, stress and anxiety that can arise from juggling all of these responsibilities can negatively impact our well-being, including our hormonal balance during menopause.

And it is no secret that we often put ourselves at the BOTTOM of the priority list, totally disconnecting from who we really are at our core in the process. 

Why?

Because we are so busy taking care of everyone else’s needs that we forget to take care of our OWN needs!

Without even realizing it, we neglect our physical, mental, and emotional health and end up living in autopilot and survival mode.

Living in survival mode does not allow one to reach the level of awareness needed to connect to our passions, aspirations, dreams, and purpose so that we can reach our full potential. This results in resentment, and a lingering feeling of “stuckness” and loss of motivation and vibrancy.  

That is why I created the 2.0 WOMAN Revolution Movement, Community and Learning Platform as well as my high level “2.0 WOMAN Health and Life Transformation” 1:1 mentorship. 

All of these initiatives have one goal in mind : to equip midlife women +45 with empowering habits to get out of survival mode…so that they can be their 2.0 WOMAN and ROCK their Second Act!

As women we have been conditioned to put everyone’s needs first – except our own. Time to change the narrative.
